How to Purchase:

• Internet: Browse and purchase products directly online through our website.
• Telephone: Place orders by calling 805.552.4455 Ext. 2.

Payment Terms:

• We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).
• No personal checks are accepted.
• We cannot accept your customer’s credit card or check for payments on your account.

Shipping:

• Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
• Phone orders must be shipped to the billing address on file.
• Will Call is available at the Deeds Engineering location for local pick-up.
• No handling charges apply to domestic shipping.
• Claims for damaged goods due to shipping must be made directly with the carrier.
• International orders will be shipped via US Mail.

Warranty:

• All Deeds Engineering products come with a 30-day warranty for defective parts only.
• Warranty is void if products are modified in any way.
• Warranty coverage will not exceed the original cost of the product.

Returns:

• Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
• All returned or refused items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Pricing:

• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• Volume discounts are available for high-quantity orders. Please call for more information.
• Bulk pricing discounts may apply when ordering 10 or more of the same item. Some items may be excluded.

International Sales:

• The purchasing customer is responsible for all import/export fees.
• International orders will be shipped via US Mail.
