How to Purchase

Payment Terms

• We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express).
• No personal checks.
• C.O.D. on Will Call items only.
• We can not accept your customer’s credit card or check in payment for your account.

Shipping

• All “Free Shipping” or “Flat Rate” options will ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority services at Deeds Engineering’s discretion.
• All phone in orders must be shipped to billing address.
• Order Will Call is available from Deeds Engineering location.
• No handling charges for domestic shipping.
• All damaged goods claims caused in shipping must be made to carrier service.
• International shipments will be made via US Mail.

Warranty

• All Deeds Engineering products carry a 30 day warranty for DEFECTIVE PARTS ONLY.
• If products are modified in any way, warranty is void.
• Warranty value will not exceed the original cost of the product.

Returns

• Items for return must be unused, undamaged, and presentable for resale.
• All returned or refused items will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Pricing

• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• High volume pricing is available. Call for more information.

International Sales

• Purchasing customer is responsible for all import/export fees.
• All international sales will be shipped via US Mail.
