Use these simple drill fixtures to quickly repair broken cylinder head exhaust fasteners below the thread-line. The fixture uses precision drill bushings to properly align the supplied left-hand drill to avoid damage to cylinder head threads. Also included is an easy-out tool in case the fastener cannot be removed with drilling alone.
The use of a compact 90-degree style drill is recommended if attempting repairs within the engine bay. Please note ample clearance is needed to operate the drill and may be limited by other components on the vehicle or chassis.
